Provided is a dental injection simulation device that can detect the positioning of an injection needle in a prescribed target area. The dental injection simulation device is provided with an oral cavity model (10), which is provided with a lower jaw part (11), a needle insertion area (113) positioned on the inside side of an inside surface of the lower jaw part (11), and a hollow cavity part (114) formed on the inside side of the needle insertion area (113) on the inside of the lower jaw part (11), and a notification mechanism (20) that carries out notification in a first mode when the tip of an injection needle inserted from the needle insertion area (113) is positioned in a prescribed target area (R1) in the inside space of the hollow cavity part (114). The notification mechanism (20) is preferably provided with: a first electrode (21), which is disposed in the needle insertion area (113) and which the injection needle can pass through; a second electrode (22) disposed in the target area (R1); a power supply unit connected to the first electrode (21) and the second electrode (22); and a notification unit that carries out notification in the first mode when conduction is formed between the first electrode (21) and the second electrode (22) by the injection needle.
