Cylinder liner support structure for high-speed marine diesel engines

<p>- 10 Abstract A cylinder liner support structure of a high-speed diesel engine is provided. The cylinder liner support structure comprises a cylinder liner mounting hole; a water jacket chamber disposed on the top of the cylinder liner mounting hole; a 5 rectangular-wave cylinder liner support structure that is divided into two layers, and a cylinder liner through-hole. The cylinder liner through-hole is divided into three parts, namely from the top down, a first cylinder liner through-hole, a second cylinder liner through-hole and a third cylinder liner through-hole. The first cylinder liner through-hole is located at the lower part of the wave jacket 10 chamber. The first layer of the rectangular-wave cylinder liner support structure is disposed between the first cylinder liner through-hole and the second cylinder liner through-hole; and a second layer of rectangular-wave cylinder liner support structure is disposed between the second cylinder liner through-hole and the third cylinder liner through-hole. The cylinder liner structure of the high-speed 15 marine diesel engine according to the present invention has a simple and compact structure and high rigidity and prevents the cylinder liner from deformation during operation.
