PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery device capable of restraining thermal deterioration caused by exposing an insertion component to exhaust gas.SOLUTION: A fuel battery device 100 comprises a cell stack, and a container 1 housing the cell stack inside. The container has an outer shell 2, an inner shell 3 arranged inside the outer shell, and an exhaust gas partition wall 4 arranged inside the inner shell. An exhaust gas flow passage 61 for introducing exhaust gas generated from the cell stack in the container to outside is defined between the inner shell and the exhaust gas partition wall. The fuel battery device further comprises an insertion component reaching inside of the container through the outer shell, the inner shell and the exhaust gas partition wall. The inner shell and the exhaust gas partition wall are in contact with each other to surround a penetration wall at the penetration wall of the container in which the insertion component penetrates through the outer shell, the inner shell and the exhaust gas partition wall. |
