PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bringing a sheet-shaped cell-cultured material into a proper state by detecting whether the sheet-shaped cell-cultured material has folded and overlapped parts and wrinkles or not, and performing an operation for dissolving the folded and overlapped parts and wrinkles, and a system for performing the same.SOLUTION: In the condition of requiring to detect whether the sheet-shaped cell-cultured material forms the folded and overlapped parts and wrinkles or not, the formation of the folded and overlapped parts and wrinkles is detected by irradiating light transmitted through the sheet-shaped cell-cultured material and measuring the intensity of the transmitted light. In the case that the formation of the folded and overlapped part or wrinkles is detected, the sheet-shaped cell-cultured material is brought into the proper state by adding vibration to the sheet-shaped cell-cultured material or dripping protective liquid for the sheet-shaped cell-cultured material to cause expansion. |
