<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion for a color filter which is excellent in pigment dispersibility, and also to provide a negative resist composition for a color filter, which is excellent in pigment dispersibility, forms a high contrast color filter, and is also excellent in alkaline developability. <P>SOLUTION: A graft copolymer is used, which has: a structural unit (a1) originating from a nitrogen-containing macromonomer including a group which has a polymer chain containing a nitrogen atom in its repeating unit and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond on its terminal; and a structural unit (a2) originating from a macromonomer including a group which has a polymer chain containing no nitrogen atom and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond on its terminal, and in which at least a portion of the nitrogen-containing site of the polymer chain of the structural unit (a1) and an organic phosphoric acid compound and/or an organic sulfonic acid compound form a salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
