PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a program capable of generating an alarm on the basis of position information from the first time even in a new target.SOLUTION: A target detection apparatus 10 includes: a GPS receiving part 12 for detecting a position of its own vehicle position; an internal nonvolatile memory 17 for storing point data including position information of a point specifying an alarm target collected by the own apparatus; and a control part 18 which, when receiving position information of a point specifying an alarm target transmitted from the other target detection apparatus 10', registers point data including the received position information in the internal nonvolatile memory. When a present position and the position information of the point registered in the internal nonvolatile memory are set positional relation, the control part generates an alarm. When another target detection apparatus exists in the surrounding, the control part transmits the position information of points included in partial or all point data stored in the internal nonvolatile memory. |
