<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented laminated polyester film having extremely excellent antistatic performance in which the heat shrinkage of a film is low.SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxially oriented laminated polyester film in which a polyester resin composition containing 0.4 to 1.1 wt.% of a nonionic antistatic agent is used as at least one of outermost layers, wherein 0.2 wt.% or more of a crystal nucleating agent composed of an organic nitrogen compound is contained in the polyester film.</p> |
