PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system for managing a player as an anonymous member for whom input of personal information is not required on a stage for saving a small amount of game media including fractional balls.SOLUTION: In a prize exchange system 1001, a player is managed as an anonymous member without performing mall member registration in which personal information is inputted in association with a member card for saving a small amount of balls. The player utilizes the member card for saving a small amount of balls to save a small amount of game media including fractional balls. The player uses the member card for saving a small amount of balls to select prizes displayed on a prize selection device and creates a shopping list. Articles (prizes) registered on the shopping list are displayed on a prize exchange device and when a prize is selected by the player registered as a mall member, the prize is exchanged. Delivery is then instructed to a shop that sells the prize.
