1. An insertion device comprising:
an inserting section which is extended along a longitudinal axis; a bending section which is provided to the inserting section, and which is bendable in first bending directions and in second bending directions which are different from the first bending directions; a first rotating member which is configured to rotate to bend the bending section toward one of the first bending directions; a driving member which is configured to generate an electrical driving force upon being supplied with an electric power; an actuating unit which is configured to be actuated upon transmitting the electrical driving force generated in the driving member to the actuating unit; a second rotating member which is coaxially arranged with a rotational axis of the first rotating member, and which is configured to rotate about the rotational axis to bend the bending section toward one of the second bending directions; and a moving member which is arranged inside the first rotating member and the second rotating member along the rotational axis, and which is movable between a state where the electrical driving force is transmitted to the second rotating member while the moving member is connected to the actuating unit and a state where the electrical driving force is not transmitted to the second rotating member while the moving member is not connected to the actuating unit. |
