<p>The present invention provides a facility which manufactures a substrate. A substrate manufacturing facility comprises a lower mold plate and an upper mold plate. A resin supply tray provides resin powder on the lower mold plate. The lower and upper mold plates can compress and shape the substrate and the resin powder. The upper mold plate is densely formed on the front side which touches the substrate and has multiple apertures which are formed with a diameter smaller than the resin powder.</p> |
