Split Tree Risk Visualiser is an innovative tool for presenting a single risk visually with its properties and current status. Reviewing the current state of the art, organizational risks are represented by tools such as Heat Map, Bar and Pie Charts, Bow Tie Diagrams. Even though the nature of risk and their treatments differ from representation of financial and statistical data, the risk visualization tools are primarily borrowed from these disciplines, exception being the Bow Tie Diagram which can present a single risk. The invention Split Tree Risk Visualiser presents one risk at a time visually with all its inherent properties. The invention lays out detailed specification of all visual components to capture the attributes of a single risk, renders aesthetics and clarity without losing the quantitative definitions of a risk. Additionally it provides room for expansion which can be used to accommodate additional attributes of a risk.
