PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antiviral compounds that are useful as inhibitors of hepatitis C virus (HCV) replication.SOLUTION: A compound is represented by the formula in the figure. In use, the compound may be mixed with one or more additional therapeutic agents preferably selected from the group consisting of HCV antiviral agents, immunomodulators, and anti-infective agents. More specifically, therapeutic agents are selected from the group consisting of HCV protease inhibitors and HCV NS5B polymerase inhibitors. |
