PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promotion method where both of an ultra-red ray effect and a minus ion effect can be exhibited synergistically and well-balancedly, and to provide a bedding set used therefor.SOLUTION: Germanium which exhibits an ultra-red ray effect and tourmaline which exhibits a minus ion effect are made to contain in a bedding set which is configured of a comforter, a mattress, and a pillow. One of the comforter and the mattress uses inner cotton containing a fiber combined with the germanium. The other thereof uses inner cotton containing a fiber combined with the tourmaline. The inside of the pillow is filled with both of the inner cotton containing the fiber combined with the germanium and the inner cotton containing the fiber combined with the tourmaline. The comforter, the mattress, and the pillow which use the inner cotton are used at bedtime simultaneously. The fiber combined with the germanium or the tourmaline is an organic chemical fiber, and tiny particles containing the germanium or tiny particles containing the tourmaline is kneaded in the fiber. As the organic chemical fiber, a fiber which can be melt-spun is chosen. |
