PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase traffic volume to be transferred with the same amount of facility, in a TDM network system.SOLUTION: In a TDM network system, a scheduler 40 has: an arithmetic device 402 for totalizing the traffic volume in paths from a plurality of nodes 10, calculating the number of time slots required for each path on the basis of the traffic volume in that path, assigning the time slots to the path on the basis of the number of time slots thus calculated, and creating a schedule table indicating the assignment situation of time slots for each path; and a memory 403 for storing the schedule table. Until receiving a trigger for aborting calculation, the arithmetic device 402 rearranges the assigned time slots on the schedule table to the positions of empty time slots. |
