A busbar (11) (output circuit) uses one end as a connection terminal connected to an output end of a switching power source (5) (an electronic device) and uses the other end as an output terminal (VO), and outputs an output voltage output from the switching power source (5) externally. A ferrite core (17) (a magnetic core) has a through hole through which the busbar (11) passes. From the output terminal (VO) of the busbar (11) to at least a portion of the ferrite core (17) on the output terminal (VO) side along the busbar (11), electromagnetic coupling from the switching power source (5) is suppressed. Thus, electromagnetic coupling between the switching power source (5) and a portion of the output terminal (VO) of a choke coil (L1) constituted by the busbar (11) passing through the ferrite core (17) is suppressed, and noise propagated to the output terminal (VO) is suppressed. An output noise reducing device capable of preventing noise from an electronic device housed in a metal housing from being propagated due to electromagnetic coupling can thus be provided.
