The present invention provides a cell interference coordination method and a base station. The cell interference coordination method comprises: after a base station switches to a dormant state from a work state, stopping sending information other than pilot information. The present invention further provides a cell interference coordination method and a terminal. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, the base station is enabled to send pilot information after entering a dormant state, so as to avoid interference for other base stations, and moreover, the terminal can awaken the dormant base station as required according to the received pilot information. |
