Provided is a hydrogen-containing drink which comprises both a functional ingredient such as tea and hydrogen water and which can keep a high dissolved hydrogen concentration. A hydrogen-containing drink which comprises hydrogen water and at least one functional ingredient selected from the group consisting of teas, fruits, vegetables, plants, sugars, sweeteners, polyphenols, vitamins, coenzymes, amino acids, proteins, redox enzymes, citric acid, yeast extract and polydextrose and which is prepared by a process which comprises: deaerating raw material water; dissolving hydrogen gas in the deaerated water through a gas-permeable hollow fiber membrane to prepare hydrogen water; and making the functional ingredient dissolved in or mixed with the hydrogen water, or a process which comprises: making the functional ingredient dissolved in or mixed with raw material water; deaerating the obtained solution or mixture; and dissolving hydrogen gas in the deaerated solution or mixture through a gas-permeable hollow fiber membrane. |
