PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle charger capable of removing charges from a capacitor in a short time.SOLUTION: A controller 20 controls a main converter 12 and a sub DC-DC converter 16. The controller 20 drives the sub DC-DC converter 16 after completion of charging into a first power storage device 30 via a charging port 65 from the outside of a vehicle 100. The controller 20 drives the DC-DC converter 16 and controls the sub DC-DC converter 16 so that charges stored in a primary capacitor 14 are moved to a second power storage device 40. |
