<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate device in which a gate body is arranged in front of a multistory parking device having a plurality of entrances; in which the gate body closes the plurality of entrances when palettes in the multistory parking device traverse and rise; with which the installation space of the multistory parking device can be compact; and which prevents the gate body from being damaged by an external force. <P>SOLUTION: A gate body 90 is provided with recesses which cover the forward of a plurality of columns 11 and have contact parts 95 capable of contacting with the columns 11. Thereby, a space for arranging the gate body 90 in front of a multistory parking device A becomes smaller, the installation space of the multistory parking device A can be compact, and even if an external force acts on the gate body 90, the gate body can be prevented from being damaged, because the recesses are supported by the columns 11 via the contact parts 95. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
