<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a measurement result, in an automatic analyzer mounted with a magnetic field generator which applies a magnetic field to a reaction tube.SOLUTION: A magnetic field generator 41 is separated in terms of magnetism by magnetic particles in a reaction liquid accommodated in a reaction tube 31. A photometric mechanism 27 has a photometric light source 210 which generates light, and a photometric detector 220 for detecting light which is generated from the photometric light source 210, and permeates the reaction liquid accommodated in the reaction tube 31, and generating a photometric signal conforming to the detected light. A measurement item calculation part 5 measures a measurement item on the basis of an output signal from the photometric detector 220. A signal processing part 4 determines a use range of the photometric signal which is used for the measurement of the measurement item according to the spatial non-uniformity of magnetic separation by the magnetic field generator 41.</p> |
