<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in vibrations of a vehicle body due to variations of a bent angle between a propeller shaft and an input shaft of a rear differential in various travel states of the vehicle in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: In an installation structure of a vehicle propeller shaft 10 having a front end part connected to a power plant via a front part universal joint 13 and a rear end part connected to a differential gear 5 for distributing power to right and left drive wheels via a rear part universal joint 15, a bent angle of the rear part universal joint 15 when a vehicle is not driven and is not braked is set so that a bent angleα1 of the rear part universal joint 15 when the vehicle is driven and a bent angleα2 of the rear part universal joint 15 when the vehicle is braked are respectively within threshold values.</p> |
