<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling in-mold molding which does not cause break and wrinkles of a film in molding and also is most suitable for obtaining a resin molded product having beautiful appearance of little in deformation of a design pattern, etc., when in-molding the resin molded product which is high in deep drawing degree and has an undercut. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer sheet 10 includes a base material sheet 12, made of a resin, having high flexibility at normal temperature and a design pattern ink layer 14, and is high in slidability of the surface in the opposite side to the surface on which a design pattern ink layer 14 is formed. The transfer sheet 10 is installed while directing its opposite-side surface towards a cavity 32 so as to cover an opening 40 of a cavity mold 30. While the inside of the cavity 32 is decompressed to make the surface of the cavity mold 30 slide, the transfer sheet 10 is sucked in to be closely attached to the inner surface of the cavity 32, the cavity mold 30 is closed in the state that the transfer sheet 10 is closely attached to the inner surface of the cavity 32, and thereafter a molten resin is injected into the cavity 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
