<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate fixing structure and a physical quantity sensor, facilitating the fixation of a substrate and having high impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A connector housing 13 is equipped with: a partition wall 13b having a plurality of connector terminals 12 for electrical connection with a substrate 11 and isolating the interior from the exterior; seats 14 each having a flat part 14a and protrusively provided on the partition wall 13b; and bosses 15 stood on the flat parts 14a. The substrate 11 is provided with through-holes 11b for bosses each allowing a boss 15 to pass therethrough and electrodes 11a for electrical connection with the connector terminals 12. The substrate 11 is disposed opposite the flat parts 14a of the connector housing 13, and fixed to the connector housing 13 by adhesion of the flat parts 14a to the opposite surfaces of the substrate 11, adhesion of the bosses 15 to the through-holes 11b, and soldering of the connector terminals 12 to the electrodes 11a.
