<p>The present invention relates to an anti-flash agent spray device for suppressing the flame and bubbling of a melting furnace. The anti-flash agent spray device is provided to compress and spray an anti-flash agent by using compressed air in order to prevent a soluble material from being bounced off the melting furnace due to bubble explosion. Therefore, the present invention is to prevent the excessive usage of the anti-flash agent due to even distribution thereof and to intensify the competitiveness of a product by minimizing the amount of the anti-flash agent to be put into and improving the purity of the soluble material. Therefore, the anti-flash agent spray device (1) to spray the anti-flash agent in order to suppress the bubbles generated from the melting furnace comprises: a spraying portion (10) to spray the anti-flash agent to the melting furnace; an anti-flash agent supply unit (20) to supply the anti-flash agent to the spraying portion (10); and a control portion (30) to control spraying portion (10) and the anti-flash agent supply unit (20).</p> |
