<p>In one aspect the invention provides a method and apparatus for connecting multiple wheeled garbage bins. In one aspect of the invention there is provided a coupling device for connecting two or more mobile garbage bins, each having a base 5 connected to adjoining side walls, a generally square or rectangular open top delineated by a rim, a handle extending outwardly from said rim and being positioned overhead two coaxially aligned wheels spaced apart adjacent an edge of the base, the coupling device comprising a generally rigid support member including an upper end having at least one depending portion for engagement with a rim of said first bin 10 and a lower end having at least one hook portions for engagable with a handle of said second mobile garbage bin, whereby the two or more mobile garbage bins are connected and movable together.</p> |
