<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film welding device capable of smoothly feeding a second band-shaped film onto an anvil. <P>SOLUTION: The film welding device 1 includes: a first feeding portion 21 feeding a first band-shaped film Fb; a second feeding portion 25 feeding the second band-shaped film Fp1 narrower in the width than the first band-shaped film Fb in the same direction as the first band-shaped film Fb in synchronization with it; a cutting portion 8 cutting the fed second band-shaped film Fp1 in the direction Y crossing the feeding direction X; a fixing portion 5 fixing the end part 4 of the second band-shaped film Fp1 fed by the second feeding portion 25 by negative pressure; an air supplying portion 5ah supplying air to the end part 4 of the second band-shaped film Fp1 so that the end part 4 is lifted from the fixing portion 5 during the feeding process; and a welding portion 2 welding the fixed second band-shaped film Fp1 to the fed first band-shaped film Fb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
