<p>Disclosed is a battery system having a secondary battery. A battery charger supplies power to the secondary battery of the battery system. A measurement information storage means stores measurement information, i.e., information obtained by measuring the state of the secondary battery. A measurement information registration means measures the state of the secondary battery, and makes the measurement information storage means store the measurement information. A connection determining means determines whether the battery charger is connected to a communication network or not. Furthermore, the measurement information registration means transmits, to the battery charger, the measurement information stored in the measurement information storage means, under the condition that the battery charger is connected to the communication network.</p> |
