<p>The invention provides a cutting device and a winding device provided with the cutting device. During the cutting of electrode slices, the cutting device is capable of reducing the generation of active material powders, metal powders and the like. The cutting device (82) comprises a steel wire cutter (90) used for cutting off electrode slices (5, 6); a lower pressing part (91) used for pressing the electrode slices (5, 6) from below during the slice cutting process; and an upper pressing part (92) used for pressing the electrode slices (5, 6) from above during the slice cutting process. The steel wire cutter (90) is composed of a ]-shaped supporting part (90a) and a cutting steel wire (90b). In addition, the cutting steel wire (90b) passes through the slits (91a, 91b) of the pressing parts (91, 92) to cut off the electrode slices (5, 6).</p> |
