A portable manually-operated coffee maker comprises a cup body (1), a hydraulic base body (2) and a coffee brewing base body (3) which are detachably connected into a whole, wherein the hydraulic base body (2) is arranged between the cup body (1) and the coffee brewing base body (3); a water storage cavity (21), a water inlet channel (22) and a water outlet channel (23) are formed in the hydraulic base body (2); the water inlet channel (22) is communicated with the water storage cavity (21) and the cup body (1); an accommodating cavity (31) communicated with the water outlet channel (23) and capable of accommodating various coffee bags (4) and a coffee outlet channel (32) communicated with the accommodating cavity (31) are formed in the coffee brewing base body (3); the water outlet channel (23) is communicated with the water storage cavity (21) and the accommodating cavity (31); a water inlet control valve (24) is arranged in the water inlet channel (22); a water outlet control valve (25) is arranged in the water outlet channel (23), and a hydraulic power rod (26) for controlling the water inlet control valve (24) to be opened when moving towards the outside of the water storage cavity (21) and controlling the water outlet control valve (25) to be opened when moving towards the inside of the water storage cavity (21) is arranged in the water storage cavity (21). The portable manually-operated coffee maker is simple and compact in structure, convenient to carry and suitable for outdoor coffee brewing.
