PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide neighborhood radio communication equipment capable of controlling a radio wave arrival range by minimum electric power so as to prevent interference of a radio wave and unnecessary radiation of an electromagnetic wave.SOLUTION: Neighborhood radio communication equipment includes a signal transmission sheet 100 which comprises a first dielectric 11 provided on a sheet-like conductor 10 and a second dielectric 12 provided on the first dielectric 11, having a relative dielectric constant higher than that of the first dielectric 11 and undergoing electromagnetic wave incidence, and which establishes compatibility between electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics and an electromagnetic wave trapping function. |
