PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator using an NMOS transistor as an output transistor with low power consumption.SOLUTION: The delay circuit includes: a constant-current circuit comprised of a depletion type NMOS transistor and a resistor provided between a gate and a back gate, and a source of the depletion type NMOS transistor; a depletion type NMOS transistor with a gate and a back gate connected with a ground terminal, which is provided between the constant-current circuit and a capacitor.
