PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input control method and an input controller capable of receiving touch input operation without limiting a touch plane to a touch panel.SOLUTION: The input control method includes: a posture acquisition step to acquire a piece of posture information representing a posture up to a first joint of a finger with respect to a touch plane; a posture change detection step to detect changes of the posture accompanying the time course by using the posture information; a first angle acquisition step to acquire the state of the a first angle representing a bent state of the first joint when the change of the posture accompanying the time course is detected; a first angle change detection step to detect a change of the first angle accompanying the time course by using the state of the first angle; a change direction determination step to determine a finger change direction by using the change detected posture accompanying the time course the changes of the first angle accompanying the time course; and an operation input step to receive the input made by the finger based on the determination result in the change direction determination step.
