PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated moisture-proof film which has high transparency and can maintain excellent moisture-proofness and adhesiveness even after stored under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, and to provide a protective material for a solar cell having the laminated moisture-proof film and a solar cell having the protective material for a solar cell.SOLUTION: There are provided: a laminated moisture-proof film comprising at least a weather-resistant layer, a resin layer containing an ethylene-alkyl(meth)acrylate copolymer and a moisture-proof layer having an inorganic layer at least one surface of a substrate in this order; a protective material for a solar cell having the laminated moisture-proof film; and a solar cell having the protective material for a solar cell.
