<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release polyester film which is a release film required during adhesive processing, causes no process contamination and no adhesive contamination and has excellent foreign material inspection performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a mold release polyester film which has a layer obtained by applying a coating liquid containing a quaternary ammonium salt-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer and a crosslinking agent on both surfaces of a polyester film and is a release film which has a coating layer having a thickness of 10 to 100 nm formed by applying a coating liquid containing at least one organosiloxane compound on any one of the layer and has a release layer on the coating layer, wherein the inclination of the orientation principal axis (orientation angle) of the release film is 12 degrees or less.</p> |
