<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor capable of completely eliminating affection of a drift caused by a temperature change, etc., and an electrically-driven power steering device provided therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The torque sensor includes: a torque detection section 10, in which two pairs of detection coils 13a-13d changing impedance in opposite directions each other according to the torque generating on a rotation axis are aligned in the axial direction; a first bridge circuit 210A constituted of the two detection coils 13a, 13d at both end sides in the axial direction among the two pairs of detection coils and resistive elements connected to these detection coils in series; a second bridge circuit 210B constituted of the two detection coils 13b, 13c at the center side in the axial direction among the two pairs of detection coils and resistive elements connected to these detection coils in series; and torque computing sections 21A, 21B for computing at least two groups of detection torque based on a differential signal at the time an AC signal is applied individually to the first bridge circuit 210A and the second bridge circuit 210B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
