<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing high strength carburized component, which is excellent in impact strength and bending strength by micronizing the crystal grains after carburize-quenching and preventing the degradation of a workability and a fatigue characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a steel material, which contains, by mass%, 0.10-0.45% C, 0.05-2.0% Si, 0.1-2.0% Mn,≤0.030% P,≤0.10% S, 1.5-3.0% Cr,≤4.0% Ni,≤2.0% Mo,≤0.30% Cu, 0.005-0.05% Al,≤0.0030% O,≤0.030% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, is used and is formed into the shape of the component with a machining or a forging, and then the carburize-quenching is performed and the repeated quenching at one or more times, thereafter the quenched component is tempered, and the carburized abnormal layer is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
