<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network multifunction machine, a network multifunction machine system, and an encryption method for the same that are capable of carrying out encryption transmission without being conscious of encryption information by managing destination information and the encryption information for each destination for each user individually. <P>SOLUTION: A network multifunction device 100 has: an operation display unit 101 that inputs and displays information; and a memory unit 102 that stores access information for accessing a destination information list that is stored in a user terminal 200 and that includes destination information and encryption information which are set for each destination name and destination.
