<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry for shaping, capable of inhibiting the dispersion of granules even at the shaping using the granules, and to provide a shaping method using the slurry for the shaping. <P>SOLUTION: The slurry for a shaped article is obtained by mixing hydrophobic granules constituting the shaped article, with a hydrophobic liquid comprising at least one of a monomer and an oligomer in the same systems as the hydrophobic granules constituting the shaped article. The same system means that the main skeleton of a repeating unit structure constituting the hydrophobic granule is the same as the main skeleton of the unit structure of the hydrophobic liquid, and the main skeletons of the unit structures are partially overlapped in the degree in which the interaction between the hydrophobic liquid and the hydrophobic granule is nearly equal to the interaction among the hydrophobic granules regardless of the differences in side chain functional groups in the unit structures and parts of the main skeletons in the unit structures. Therefore, when both of the hydrophobic granule and the hydrophobic liquid are copolymers, the cases in which the composition ratios of atoms contained therein do not coincide can be in the same system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
