PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-off prevention material that can assure a stable operation by preventing a paper material from rolling off a web roll when delivered even if it is wet.SOLUTION: A surface facing a secondary web roll of a disk 72 is provided with four radially arranged radial reinforcing parts 74A and a reinforcing member 74 having a circularly formed peripheral reinforcing part. Four elastic materials 78 are attached on the face opposite to the secondary web roll of the disk 72 radially from the center of a disk 72. A steel core member 82 is fixed on a shaft. An annularly formed intermediate member 88 is disposed on the peripheral side of a bearing 86 mounted in the core member 82. A socket 92 the female screw 94 of which is formed on the inner periphery is screwed in together with a male screw 90 of the intermediate member 88, which is driven into the socket 92. A projecting part 92A that can be fixed by a screw is formed at a part in the periphery of the socket 92 where a slit groove 93 is interposed. |
