<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a western style toilet bowl device capable of preventing a user from aspirating ozone gas from a bedpan not to give any harmful effect to human organism.SOLUTION: The western style toilet bowl device includes: a bowl 2; a toilet seat 3 which is placed on the bowl 2 so as to be raised and laid down; a toilet cover 4 which is provided above the toilet seat 3 so as to be opened/closed; an ozone water generator 5; ozone water supply means 6 that supplies ozone water generated by the ozone water generator 5 inside the bowl; an air blow out port 7 disposed in the vicinity of the upper end of the bowl 2; air blow means 8 that forms an air curtain by supplying an air flow in an inner direction of the bowl 2 through the air blow out port 7; and control means 9 capable of controlling the operation of the ozone water supply means and the air blow means 8. The control means 9 is capable of controlling the air blow means 8 to form an air curtain inside the bowl 2 before the ozone water supply means supplies ozone water to the bowl 2.</p> |
