<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for racks for electronic communication devices capable of eliminating substantial effects on the electronic communication devices by water leakage even when a cooling medium line is broken. <P>SOLUTION: Instead of direct circulation of cooling water between a cooling water source and each cooling water coil, a plurality of intermediate heat exchangers are provided between them.
