A method and device for managing a tap window which indicates a group including heterogeneous applications are provided. The method for managing a tap window comprises the steps of: outputting, on a terminal screen, a display window including at least one object for executing an application; receiving a user input of selecting an object and moving the selected object to an area except the display window; creating an application group which includes an application corresponding to the selected object in response to the received user input; and outputting a tap window, which indicates the created application group, on the terminal screen. |
