<p>The present invention relates to a power conversion device and to a semiconductor switch control method within the same. Especially, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the power conversion device includes: a direct link terminal including two capacitors to be connected in serial; a half bridge circuit which includes two leg switch cells to be connected in serial and is connected to the direct current link terminal in parallel; two additional switch cells to be connected between a mutual connection point of the capacitor and a mutual connection point of the leg switch cell in serial; and a resonance circuit which is connected between the mutual connection point of the leg switch cell and a load terminal, wherein the resonance circuit is either an LC serial resonance circuit or an LLC serial resonance circuit.</p> |
