To provide a technology that, in animal litter sand, contributes to effectively preventing scattering of particles without increasing the weight or density thereof in vain. In the animal litter sand containing particulate assembly, each particle is configured in a manner so as to contain: a particle substrate configured from an inorganic porous material; a hydraulic solidification material; and a water-soluble thickener.
