Provided is an aromatic amine derivative represented by the formula N(Ar A ) (Ar B ) (Ar C ) as an organic EL device material capable of reducing the driving voltage of an organic EL device, and improving its luminous efficiency and device lifetime. Ar A represents the formula (II-1) or (II-2). L a represents an arylene group or the like, Ar a represents an aryl group or the like, and n represents 2 or 3. Ar B represents the formula (III). L b represents a single bond or the like, R 1 and R 2 each represent an alkyl group or the like, o and p each represent 0 to 3 or the like, X represents an oxygen atom or the like, and R 3 , R 4 and R 5 each represent an alkyl group or the like.
