A film with codes, a reader used for reading the film and an electronic device with a display device with the film are disclosed. The present invention includes a first light irradiating section configured to irradiate a light with a first wavelength onto a product with codes, a second light irradiating section configured to irradiate a light with a second wavelength onto the product with codes, a control section configured to control the first and second light irradiating sections such that only one of the first and second light irradiating sections irradiates light, and a light capturing section configured to receive the light with a second wavelength.
