<p>A flexible display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a motherboard which includes a cell region with a display unit which includes a light emitting device layer and a cell outer region except the cell region; an inorganic layer which is formed on the motherboard; and a thin film sealing layer which is formed on the cell region of the motherboard and covers the inorganic layer and the display unit. The inorganic layer is formed on only the cell region. The cross section of the thin film sealing layer is close to the display unit in comparison with the cross section of the inorganic layer. Thereby, the present invention prevents an impact or a crack from being transmitted to the cell region when the motherboard is cut.</p> |
