<p>The present invention provides a hole drilling apparatus for a roof rack. The hole drilling apparatus for a roof rack includes: a housing having a parent metal slot formed on the front surface, wherein parent metal to be machined into a side bar of the roof rack is put into the parent metal slot; a plurality of first drills built in the housing to drill holes, which are to be side holes of the side bar, on the top surface of the parent metal placed on a first work position; a plurality of second drills built in the housing to drill holes, which are to be stanchion holes of the side bar, on the back of the parent metal placed on the first work position; a plurality of third drills built in the housing to drill holes, which are to be mounting holes and pad holes of the side bar, on the back of the parent metal placed on a second work position; a plurality of fourth drills built in the housing to drill holes, which are to be work holes of the side bar, on the front of the parent metal placed on a third work position; and a parent metal transfer table provided in the housing to move in the forward and backward directions (X-axis direction) of the housing via the first to third work positions while supporting the parent metal.</p> |
