<p>The present invention relates to a fiber-shaped electric double layer capacitor and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the method for manufacturing the disclosed fiber-shaped electric double layer capacitor, the present invention provides an electrolyte layer between fiber-shaped first and second electrodes. A filament unit is formed by coating a coating composition to enclose the first and the second electrodes and the electrolyte layer. A twist unit is formed by winding the filament unit and a sacrificial filament. An insulation layer of the filament unit is hardened. The sacrificial filament is removed. The manufactured electric double layer capacitor improves elasticity.</p> |
