<p>The present invention relates to a high speed vibration device of a welding wire capable of adjusting the vibration amplitude and frequency. Provided is the high speed vibration device of the welding wire capable of adjusting the vibration amplitude and frequency, comprising: a torch body formed in a hollow type and in which a slit is formed on one side; a torch tip connected to the front end of the torch body; a shield gas pipe connected to the rear end of the torch body to supply shield gas to the torch tip; a hinge installed in both sides of the end part of the torch tip of the torch body and to which the torch tip is connected and fixated; a rotary shaft installed through the slit; a motor fixated on one end of the rotary shaft; and an operating roll which is eccentrically fixated to the other end of the rotary shaft to move the torch body vertically in the eccentric rotation. According to the present invention, the welding defective rate by reduction in the welding pass frequency and hours of the work can be reduced, and correction work can be reduced so that the block quality and productivity can be achieved.</p> |
